Terms of Service

By enrolling in classes with Al Qalam Institute, you agree to the following terms.

Trial Classes

Your first trial class is completely free with no obligation. No payment information is required to book a trial.

After the trial, students may enrol in monthly plans. There are no long-term contracts. You may pause or cancel your subscription with 7 days notice.

Classes may be rescheduled with at least 6 hours notice. Classes missed without notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Students and parents are expected to interact with teachers respectfully and to maintain a suitable environment for learning during class sessions.
